Available in Large and Small Sizes
Yellow and green split peas, onion, parsley, thyme, basil, chili powder, garlic,mustard, herbs and spices. No MSG.
Directions for Small (4-5 servings):
In a large pot, add contents of package to 6 cups of water.
Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook for 2 hours or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
(Optional) Add diced ham and potatoes 1/2 half hour before cooking is finished.
Let stand 10-12 minutes before serving.
Directions for Large (8-10 servings):
As above but use 12 cups of water.
