Red beans, pinto beans, black beans, garbonzo beans, yellow split peas, red lentils, green lentils, parsley, soup base (no MSG), potatos, carrots, cabbage, green peppers, leeks, red peppers,, garlic, herbs and spices. Contains milk and wheat.
Directions for large (8-10 servings):
In a large saucepan combine 10 cups water and top portion of package containing beans and lentils.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add remaining portion of package.
Optional: add 1 pound cooked lean ground beef and 28 oz. can diced tomatoes.
Simmer 1 hour or until beans are tender.
More water (1-2 cups) can be added as needed.
Directions for Small (4-5 servings):
As above but use 5 cups water, 14 oz can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 lb. ground beef.
