Pour a scoop of salts in running bath to dissolve for relaxing soak, or place on wet face cloth and in a circular motion, scrrub onto the skin, starting  at the feet and working your way towards the neck area, taking more salts if necessary. Avoid the face. Rince and pat dry.
CAUTION: Oils in the bath salts can cause the tub/shower to bcome slippery. Properly was your tub/shower after use
